Personal Work / Series / Exhibitions

THE WORLD IS NATURE France and Portugal 2019 - Ongoing I've started these series in the year 2019 and it is still ongoing, it has life "per se". With these series I wanted to explore the origins of us as a humankind and society, and some of its long term influences even nowadays in the 20th century. Textures, colors and the different relationships as interconnectedness between human nature and the environment, are a common theme in these series.

SILENT WINDOWS Nantes, France 2023 With these short series of photographs, I wanted to explore the visual sound of a city when everything goes silent and still at sunset: the implicit message of a light from a window when everything is dark, a person in front of a work desk, the different textures and structures of a building that maybe helps keeps safe a window crystal are some of the examples of this exploration.

TOFT: THINGS ON THE FLOOR France and Canada 2017-2018 Series created between 2017 and 2018 where I wanted to research some of the impact of human behavior in their own neighborhood and its local environment. The creative process here was different towards my usual way of working: when shooting, I intuitively keep in mind all of the theoretical parts of photography - Here, my rule was to "see-and-shoot". Opening and exhibition: Café Le Melies, Nantes (France) - 01/2019

HE ! L'EDUCATION CONTINUE - Collective Exhibition La Rochelle (France) 2016 Project developed by Magalie Sabaut and me thanks to the support of Greta Poitou Charentes and the region. Our goal was to promote life-long learning with a series of portraits of students I shot and from there, each person would take a picture to illustrate their meaning of learning. Opening et exhibition: Médiathèque Michel Crépeau, La Rochelle (France), 2017. To see our project: www.calameo.com/books/00732

DONDE NO EXISTE EL TIEMPO Santiago de Compostela (Spain) 2015 FotoCampus Collective Exhibition 2015, hosted by Foto Forum Compostela. I wanted to highlight the importance of Culture within this institution: Theatre, Arts and all its disciplines. Opening and exhibition: Pazo de Fonseca, Santiago de Compostela (Spain). 07/ 2015.
